File a claim
Do you have a claim to file? Here are the steps to follow:
All claims must be filed with Marsh within five (5) working days of their occurrence. The late filing of a claim may result in forfeiture of coverage if it causes damage to the insurer, unless it can be shown that the delay is due to a fortuitous event or force majeure.

The file number assigned during the initial call must be used during all subsequent communications with the Help Department.
